Can I customise my boxes?

Absolutely! We would love to work with you to collate a unique box for your bridesmaids (or mother of the bride, mother in law, flower girl, or special someone…). If you would like to mix and match our products, get in touch with us on the contacts page or head to the custom box page and we’ll work with you to create something beautiful.

Do you sell robes in plus sizes?

Yes we do! You can find the Valencia Bridal Robe and many of our other bridesmaid robes in sizes that will fit up to a NZ size 22.

What kind of image should I use for personalisation?

We recommend you provide a portrait photo, at least 500kb in size, to ensure it looks great when printed as a polaroid. Also, please make sure to triple check your personalised messages for spelling errors. There will be a charge for replacing any personalised items that contain mistakes that were the fault of the customer.

Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?

Maybe! We’re always willing to chat. If you’re looking to buy a large quantity of gift boxes or robes (six or more), please send us a message through our contact page and tell us what you’re after. We will see you what we can do.

What do I do if my purchase was damaged during shipping?

We take a lot of care when packaging your gift boxes to make sure they turn up in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your purchase is damaged during shipping, please get in touch through our contact page within 10 days of receiving your order. In most cases, we will send you out a replacement ASAP!

What do I do if my purchase does not arrive?

All customers are provided with a tracking number once the purchase has been shipped. If there are any issues with delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company indicated on your dispatch email using the tracking number provided. If the issue is not able to be resolved, then please get in touch through our contact page.

What I am looking for is out of stock…

If you see something that we don’t have enough of, please send us a message through our contact page. We will be able to advise when it will be back in stock and might be able to work something out to help you sooner.

  • Gentle hand wash only.

  • Dishwasher not recommended.

  • Do not microwave.
