Shipping & Returns


All packages are couriered from Auckland, New Zealand. Please select the correct shipping option at checkout, based on your delivery address. If an order contains the incorrect shipping option, we will contact you to rectify this before the order can be shipped.

Auckland delivery: Flat rate of $6.50 (excluding rural addresses)

Rest of New Zealand delivery rates:

Gift boxes

  • Shipping for 1 gift box: $10

  • Shipping for 2 gift boxes: $15

  • Shipping for 3-5 gift boxes: $20

  • Shipping for 6+ gift boxes: $30

Robes and gifts (excluding gift boxes)

  • Shipping for 1 robe or gift: $6.50

  • Shipping for 2-4 robes or gifts: $10

  • Shipping for 5-8 robes or gifts: $15

  • Shipping for 9+ robes or gifts: $20


  • Shipping for 1 or more cards: $6.50

How long will my purchase take to ship?

Due to the personalised nature of the products, we need some time to put your boxes together. Please allow 10 business days after placing your order for your package to arrive. Need it sooner? Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do to speed your order through. A rush fee may apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to New Zealand addresses.

Recipients living overseas? We recommend you ship your purchase to your own address and post these gifts overseas yourself. Please let us know if this is your plan - our wooden boxes might not make it to through customs in countries with restrictions on wood products. We have an alternative packaging option for this!

What do I do if my purchase was damaged during shipping?

We take a lot of care when packaging your gift boxes to make sure they turn up in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your purchase is damaged during shipping, please get in touch through our contact page within 10 days of receiving your order.

What do I do if my purchase does not arrive?

All customers are provided with a tracking number once the purchase has been shipped. If there are any issues with delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company using the tracking number provided in the first instance. If the issue is not able to be resolved, then please get in touch through our contact page.


Quality is important to us. We will always replace products that don’t meet our high standards; please get in touch within 10 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds if you change your mind, but we may be able to offer an exchange depending on the situation. You must contact us about the exchange within 10 days of receiving your order and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning any item(s) for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
